THE BASICS OF YOUR CHRISTIAN WALK

“And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the son of man be lifted up: that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life John3:14-15

LIGHT FOR THE NOW: The incarnate Christ could not save man but the resurrected Christ did.

You believe to receive Christ into your life and not to give your life because you have no life to give. Your freedom is connected to the death of Christ. The incarnate Christ could not save man but the resurrected Christ did. The Jews lost their saviour when he died on the Cross. Mary lost her son when he died on the cross. The resurrected Christ now became the Lord of all and the first begotten of the Father.
The real suffering of Christ was not in the beatings but in the three days and three nights he spent in the grave (hell). Hell is a place of suffering. A believer in Christ has no judgement to face because judgement had already been taken care of (Romans 8:1). A believer in Christ Jesus does not have to pray to make heaven. As a new man in Christ, you do not make heaven. You are already in heaven walking here on earth (Ephesians 2:6). Heaven is not a location but it is a realm. Heaven has already come down and its glory filled our souls.
A born again man is not a product of repentance but a product of resurrection. The kingdom of God is a person. When you receive that person into your life, every other good things of life automatically becomes yours. Salvation is a free gift of God to man (2Corinthians 5:17-21). Righteousness is not an act but it is a gift.
You do not do righteousness neither do you act righteousness but it is a free gift of God. Romans 5:17 says, “For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ”. God connected us to Abrahamic blessings through Christ (Genesis 13:1-6). You cannot be justified by your works but by faith in the finished work on the cross (Romans 4:1-11,17).If Christ lives in you, then all of God is in you working out things from your inside. Praise the Lord!!

INSTRUCTION: Abide by the works of Christ.

PRAYER:  Lord, by faith I receive all that you have done for me, in Jesus name!
QUOTE: You are not a product of repentance; you are a product of resurrection
