heaven and earth” – Psalm 121:1-2
LIGHT FOR NOW: Whatever controls your heart controls your
life.
The
throne of God is the heart of man. This is because God’s dealing with man is
through his spirit which controls the heart. This is the reason the first place
the devil attacks in a man is his belief system which happens in his heart, and
makes the spirit man unsure and
uncertain. What Satan does is to create a doubt in your heart about God and
what God says, and when you believe Satan, you sin by disobedience. Whatever
controls your heart controls your life. Anything your heart enthrones will rule
and lord over you. This is why the greatest battle of life is the battle of the
mind. The first point of salvation is repentance. To repent means to change
your mind; it means to change your thinking. Therefore, right hearing brings
right knowledge; right knowledge brings right thinking, right thinking brings
right living and right living brings right results.
When you want God to be the source of your
help, you must allow God to preside over your heart, and let the love of God be
shed abroad in your heart by the spirit of God. quote Matt. 15:8 and 12:35

PRAYER: Father, I have absolute confidence and trust
in you as my help and stay. I will look unto you and my face will not be
ashamed, in Jesus Name. Amen.
