ENFORCE YOUR SONSHIP

“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name” John 1:12

LIGHT FOR THE NOW: The headquarters of God is in man.

The term, ‘First Begotten’ implies that Jesus Christ is an example or a role model. Others are following after the example or role model. Jesus Christ is not the only the Son of God as erroneously presented by song writers. Another error is welcoming the Holy Spirit. If one must ask, ‘where was the Holy Spirit before He was being welcomed’? The Holy Spirit is in you. Jesus Christ lives in you. Have you not read in the scripture, “Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27)? The resurrected Christ is not confines to a particular geographical location. God’s system is not in time, space or season. The Kingdom of God is in a man. The moment you got born again, God relocated the headquarters of divinity into you. Daily and consciously confess your belief and trust in Christ. Your belief in Christ is the only basis for your redemption. Anything that takes your mind away from Jesus is called another gospel. A sermon that is not centered on Christ is another gospel. Jesus Christ is the central point of Christianity and all teachings must be centered on Him.

The thread running through the entire scriptures is Christ. From Genesis to Revelation, the entire Bible is the systematic presentation of Jesus Christ; ranging from His emergence at birth, His sufferings, the agonizing death He died to His glorious resurrection. This is the truth as contained in the scriptures. Jesus Christ is God’s gift to the world. It is your honest belief in Christ that seals your sonship. You are also a son of God. It is an error to believe that Jesus Christ is the only son of God. Jesus Christ is the First Begotten. After the death and glorious resurrection of Christ, God reaped many sons. Therefore, you are also a son of God. You have the liberty to enjoy all rights and privileges sons enjoy. You have the right to place a demand and not beg. Sons don’t beg. You have the right to decree a thing and it is established. You have the right to your inheritance. Rise up in to your sonship.

INSTRUCTION:Always walk with the consciousness of what the birth, death, burial and resurrection of Christ brought to you.
